Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch round pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
