Ingredients
For the Brownies:
200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
150g unsalted butter
3 large eggs
150g granulated sugar
50g brown sugar
100g all-purpose flour
30g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
For the Praline:
100g granulated sugar
50g hazelnuts or almonds (chopped)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate and butter together over low heat or in a microwave (stirring in intervals). Let cool slightly.
3️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
4️⃣ Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture, stirring continuously.
5️⃣ Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, folding gently to maintain a thick, fudgy consistency.
6️⃣ Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
1️⃣ In a pan, melt sugar over medium heat until golden brown.
2️⃣ Stir in chopped hazelnuts or almonds, then quickly pour the mixture onto parchment paper.
3️⃣ Let it cool completely, then break it into small crunchy pieces.

2️⃣ Remove from oven and sprinkle crushed praline pieces over the top.
