    • 50g hazelnuts or almonds (chopped)


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Brownie Batter

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Melt the dark chocolate and butter together over low heat or in a microwave (stirring in intervals). Let cool slightly.
3️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
4️⃣ Slowly add the melted chocolate mixture, stirring continuously.
5️⃣ Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, folding gently to maintain a thick, fudgy consistency.
