  • ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, rosemary, and garlic powder (if using).

  • Add wet ingredients: Pour in warm water and olive oil. Stir until the dough comes together.

  • Knead and rest: Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.

  • Roll out the dough: On a floured surface, roll the dough to about ⅛ inch thickness.

  • Cut into crackers: Use a knife or pizza cutter to slice into rectangles.
