Ingredients
2 slices of sourdough or whole grain bread
1 ripe avocado
100g (3.5 oz) smoked salmon
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional toppings: chili flakes, sesame seeds, dill, red onions, capers
Instructions
Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
Scoop the avocado into a bowl. Add lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and mash with a fork.
