- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Season the Chicken – Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear the Chicken – In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden. Remove from the pan.
- Make the Sauce – In the same pan, add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in chicken broth and stir in softened cream cheese. Whisk until smooth.
- Combine and Simmer – Return the chicken to the pan, coat with the sauce, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy – Garnish with herbs and shredded mozzarella if desired. Serve hot over pasta, rice, or vegetables.
