Ingredients
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
2 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
Gradually mix in flour mixture and milk, alternating between the two.
Pour the batter into the Bundt pan and bake for 50–55 minutes.
Let cool before removing from the pan. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with a simple glaze.
