Description

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.

  • Gradually mix in flour mixture and milk, alternating between the two.

  • Pour the batter into the Bundt pan and bake for 50–55 minutes.

 

  • Let cool before removing from the pan. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with a simple glaze.
