- 1 cup sourdough discard or active starter
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup milk or yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, whisk sourdough starter, eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla.
- Add flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
- Pour batter into a pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
