Ingredients
12 oz spaghetti
1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
1 (28 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
1–2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Mix softened cream cheese with hot spaghetti until creamy.
Combine spaghetti with sauce and meat mixture.
Pour into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
