Ingredients

2 large yellow onions (thinly sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
Optional: garlic powder, paprika
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 275°F (135°C).
Slice onions thin and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Toss slices in olive oil and salt.
Place in the air fryer basket in a thin layer.
Air fry for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
Remove when crispy and golden. Cool before storing.
